Guys, for the Aussies here - I spoke to the NSW Firearms Registry today about what is happening with the incoming regs & asked whether the collector's licence is also going to be limited by the limits as class 'H' semi-autos - & what would happen to 'historic' Lugers... the bloke on the other end of the phone advised me to submit a written query per fax/letter asap & they would add another class to my licence under collector's category so I could continue to keep my P08 if there was no other way around it through them. It may be worth checking out.

cheers,
mick

We can't let them to this to our friends and their historical guns! If there is any way we can help them out let's do it fast before mad politicians have their way. I would gladly keep pieces in trust as I have done with other friends' pieces that were in the UK.

I am the chief gun lobby negotiater here with the authorities and we are working hard to shape a new gun law that gives reasonable freedom to licenced collectors and target shooters. It has taken us years but we are getting somewhere.

Do you know that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and the rest of the lot were to be killed if apprehended? They put their lives on the line. Obviously they were committed to a cause. No lip service there!
Are the Aussies committed?
