Smile Winters long project

It now can be told what I have been up to in place of working on my carbine project. Thanks to Hugh for the grips and GT taking time from his new venture to get me a couple of bottoms and my friend John Martz who is my inspiration. All of these gentlemen knew what I was up to and I thank them for keeping it quite until it was done. Boy do I ever appreciate the old craftsmen that built the Lugers back in the early century. Knowing with what I have to work with and what they had back then they were truley craftsmen.

Well here it is as I want to share it with the forum before I dfisplay it at the shot show. The picture tells it all.
