1937 S/42 sn 2373 SE/? SE/? (can't make the numbers out!). What is a Mauser hump?

Default here is mine...just acquired

1938 S/42, sn 3384c, SE/63 SE/63 MTP(not certain, 63 or 83)
all matching except mag and grips, has Mauser hump
8,81 barrel gauge
grips have waffenampt with SE and something with W and ending in 63 under it on each, poorly stamped

1938 3483m SE83 / SE 63 MTP. matching mag has SE83

1938 7433g Looks like SE83 / SE 63 MTP. The first is hard to tell but under light and magnification looks like an 83.

Not real clear how this one fits in, but here's my Luger:

"1938"
SN#7692 (BUT mismatched S/42 gothic "S" toggle)
Left proof: Stick Eagle "63" (strong & definite)
Middle proof: Stick Eagle "?" (faint worn 2-digit die)
Right proof: "Imperial" (type) eagle
VOPO gun mit Neu Brandenburg marking
