Giap was no military tactician...IMO. His troops might have beat frenchie but he didn't beat us...IMO. Any leader that has an over abundance of soldiers to be able to sacrifice so many of them and not win one battle, is no military tactician, if that were the case, Togo was a great general too . We would have never left Nam with our tail between our legs if the American people back home supported us as they do our soldiers today....funny how time changes but actually stands still. I wonder how many of all those grandparents and some parents we see today waving the flag where waving the North VN flag and smoking dope forty years ago. I believe those in the world that I dislike the most are...............hypocrites.
