Those baby lugers are neat, where they also made in .32 ACP?

Yes. According to August Weiss, there were two made in .32 ACP and two made in .380 with a possibility of enough parts left over to construct a fifth, but no indication that the 5th was ever made.
By the way, the auction description indicates that the lot includes a "copy of Shooting Sports Magazine dated Sept,1962"...The publication is actually "Shooting Times" (the date is correct )

Sad they never went into production. I know there are individual gunsmiths that convert Lugers into babies, but isn't there someone still making them? I vaguely remember someone bought the machinery to produce the .45 and baby Lugers.

No one "bought the machinery" to make them. Mike Krause of "Krausewerke" in California took measurements and reverse engineered both the .45 and the "Baby" to make exact copies by CNC machining and a ton of hand work. They are very expensive but of the highest quality. There are a number of amateur and professional gunsmiths that make the cut down 7-shot examples (not the real small Baby, but like the original modified examples made by DWM) that are probably what you are thinking of as a "conversion".
