Hey Guys, Let's Think About This
If all the wives get together we are in deep yogurt. That may be the end of Lugers for Dear Ole Frank, and Ted, and Marvin, and Hugh, and GT, and etc. Wow that's scary

Frank,
So far I have been very inventive with some of my stories and I have a year to think up some more "Good" ones. Ha, Ha. Marvin |

Re: Hey Guys, Let's Think About This
I have found that the best solution when you return from a gun show with a new "treasure" is to leave it in the truck and saunter into the house to observe what SHE is up to at the moment. If SHE is preoccupied and doesn't ask "what did you buy this time?", then you can go get it and sneak it into your safe. If SHE ever does ask later, just say ; "oh I just picked up a few odds and ends"
The only problem with this approach is that after a few trips of "picking up odds & ends", SHE becomes suspicious and will make it a point to ask "well did you buy a gun?" EVERY TIME! |

Pay Attention Now!
I worked out this little scheme a long time ago and it has never failed...When you go to a gun show take as many pistols as you can carry (10 to 15), don't let your sweetheart count them!, also take along two or three rifles in their cases.....have your wife help you load the car by carrying the longarms, (which is usually quite a load for an average wife!) This is the important part,...tell her your going to sell a few so you have capitol for future purchases...sell a couple of the longarms, split the money with her, buy a couple of lugers and let them get lost in the numbers, (took 12, came back with 14!)All she will remember is the struggle with the longarms, and see their number has been reduced! Of course you will always get busted later when she says I don't remember that one! And you will have to shell out a couple of hundred more! But, You might just skate by with one free and clear in all the confusion! I've been working on this for 23 years, and although not perfect, it can work!!! Till...later...G.T.
