Well - I lease my home for $1300 a month as well - and you can even snowshoe out the back door..!!!! AND - as a bonus - all the servers/circuits/routers reside in my office above the garage - so you can bring this site (and all the others I host) "on" and "off" to your hearts delight..! In fact - you can even BAN Ed Tinker from those servers and systems..??!
Just sayin' .... John |

Hmm, looks to still be PRC, but in front of a Western-style government-looking building. Shanghai, perhaps? I would say Macau, but they look to cold to be standing in Macau...
Hong Kong would be warmer, too. My guess would be that they are still in N. China. Manchuria? Background not ugly enough to be N. Korea, and certainly John would have more sense than to travel there!!! ETA: Guess 2; Like Cirelaw's guess: Moscow, perhaps? Not familiar with the building(s) in the background, looks very SovBlock, with apt. buildings in the background for the apparatchiks... Last edited by 318is_Parabellum; 02-19-2014 at 01:51 PM. |

I feel like I'm in Siberia... Even though I've never actually been to Siberia, I'm pretty sure Siberia feels just like this... Maybe.. Just saying... Sort of... Nevermind... Carry on John |

The pictures show the conditions in part of Russia.
And people wonder why Napoleon Bonaparte had problems there.

Starbucks coffee on the rock - and obviously "tourists", as they've clearly parked their scooter in the "NO PARKING except for Police and Fire Official Vehicles"...
