Added an entry for "Babylon 5", also SteveM and Gerben's last posts.

Yes,

Another one spotted. The 1971 movie 'Zeppelin'. Shot of a luger being tucked away under a coat by one of the actors. Lots of shots of a stocked broomhandle in action as well.

I have appended this comment to the main entry. I added a link to some frames of this scene rather than posting a separate entry for it in the clear. Although I do not find it particularly disturbing, you may want to decide for yourself whether or not you want to see a picture of Johnny Eck the Half Boy.

Add "Beerfest" to the list... brief menace by a big Momma/German agent with a luger.

If you don't like stupid, don't bother. I like stupid movies, I'll give it a 7.5.

"The Man Who Never Was" 1956. WW2 British plant a corpse to mislead the nazis. The agent sent by the nazis to verify the identity of the corpse has a radio and a Luger in his rented room. I believe this is a true story. Clifton Webb, Gloria Grahame...

I recall that the was the famous Star Trek "Nazi" ("Patterns of Force") episode, which certainly featured more than one P38, but was there a Luger? Not sure.

There was also the "Roman" one ("Bread and Circuses"), with a tasteful serving of Danish Madsen m/50 burp guns, the "Cowboy" one ("Specter of the Gun") with Colt SAAs, the Gangster one with Thompson M1928s and 1911s (and an old double shotgun or two), and that silly "paradise" episode (I forget the name) where Sulu finds a revolver like an S&W M10 or Police Positive, or something, I think he even says what it is in the dialoge. (Mrs. Know-it-all here corrects me that the episode is called "Shore Leave", but she still doesn't know what kind of gun it was... and I recall that they shoot the gun seven times, so ha!)(how sad is it that we recall such pathetically detailed information?).

H

P.S. - After a review of the replay footage, I belive it is an S&W Model 1950 - a pretty uncommon gun as things go.

Wow what a complete list, just what I've been looking for!

I only have one to add, in a new episode of Without A Trace (CBS Series) a few weeks ago, agent Samantha Spade shoots a man with a Luger who's about to shoot her sister. (Probably the same Luger used in that CSI episode since both series are on CBS).

PROTOCOL, 1984 with Goldie Hawn. Arab solder draws a Luger when she comes under fire. Can only assume it was a "Persian" model.

I haven't posted on this forum in years, but I used to post under the name Matt.
"Straight into Darkness," a low-budget WWII flick filmed in Romania and involving children, has some Luger action. The movie "Hollywoodland," is about the death of Superman actor George Reeves, who committed suicide (or was murdered as some believed) with a Luger. In one scene, a child says, "Superman shot himself in the head with a Luger ... That's a Nazi pistol."
The remake of the Producers also has some Luger action.

Spotted another one:

1995 movie 'No way back' starring Russell Crowe. A bad guy yields a luger in several scenes, a Yakuza takes the luger later.
