As for Porta-Potties, I frequented Watkins Glen, Mosport, Harewood, even Indy during the 1970's and spent many stressful minutes in those plastic outhouses...

I have a hard time with someone getting upset over a $50 loss, when your in a high dollar hobby like Lugers. Heck it costs $70 to fill up my truck.

Not sure I understand your logic here Puretexan...
You seem to be comparing your paying for something and actually getting what you paid for to me paying for an item and getting nothing in return.

Also, in my opinion the dollar amount is irrelevant, at this point it is a matter of principle.

Perhaps some could reserve judgment until I actually receive a refund for my purchase?

Miles,
send me your paypal info in an PM.
I'll gladly send you the $50 and then collect from Eugene.

Yes, I am confident I will get the $50 back.

I'm not judging , and I do believe he will give you a refund. I'm just saying in high
dollar collecting there are lots of pitfalls to separate you from your money. You think
your upset now ,wait till you buy an expensive one and then you believe the 90%
condition that was advertised is only about 70% and you want to send it back. Here
is where the fun starts. You have to pay shipping and sometimes a 15% restocking
fee. You really won't have anything for your money. Kinda like walking beside bee
hives....eventually you will get stung.
