Don,

Does your pistol have the gas pressure relief hole drilled into the bottom of the breechblock?

Cleaning rod is steel and unmarked, Tool marked S/155."

Sorry, but the rod and the TD tool are not finnish. The rod should be brass (and shape like in the pic) and the tool should have SA-stamp or unmarked Weimar or Imperial.

I've seen the ones you mention.

Any idea where these originated?

Update:
Just looked in Goertz and Sturgess, the all steel large loop rod was made from late WWI through the 1930's and is German military.

Another range trip today, beautiful day about 70 degrees! Nice.

Even nicer when the tweaks to the chamber polish and the extractor mentioned in post #22
eliminated the function problems.

Worked just like it should today.

Color me happy and "done" with that one.
