I emailed the seller on G-B...nice fellow whom flies for a living.
He confirmed the gun is all matching and is actually SN 8203... SN 8203 places it squarely in the DWM-Swiss cross/sunburst Lugers made for the Swiss Ordnance... Here is one photo of several he sent me. Other photos do indicate a Bern re-do as the depth of "DWM" is lost a bit, the pin through the top of the left toggle knob is blued, etc. It is actually a very nice gun with the much better set of photos he took and sent me. Those G-B photos in the auction ad are just terrible... He also offers a 3-day, no-fire, no questions asked return policy...you might loose out on shipping...worst case. |

Thank you very much for the follow up. The seller has relisted the piece, and I've asked him what he wants for just the Luger, without all the extras in the display. We'll see. Mauser720 - Ron
