I was watching a show on TV, where this expert on poisionous snakes said that cottonmouths were the most timid of snakes, and can make pets of them. I thought this guy is crazy. There he was playing with them,, and even kept one on his fireplace mantle. He was poking at one, and it just moved away from him. He showed that they come in many colors, which really made me aware of that. I thought they were all black and white. He did say his worst bite came from one. He was busy talking to someone and reached into a bag where he had one, and it bit him. Not paying attention will get you in trouble with a snake everytime. If you could see this guy with those snakes, you might begin to believe that they are nothing to worry about...

Sorry, the damn pics just won't show. The computer wins this round, but I'll be back.

Sax, I tried messing with it too, no go. I have noticed that pictures loaded to villagephotos won't show up here correctly. Since it is a hosting place, they must redirect and get messed up, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
But I see you won afterall

Any one who thinks you can make a pet out of a cottonmouth probably believes ................... Too silly to be breathing and a waste of DNA.

I found the problem: "Operator trouble - loose nut behind the wheel". Believe it or not, I actually had to go back and follow the directions for this site.

Cottonmouths also blend in REAL good on wet magnolia roots. I agree with John, shotgun remedy for snakes is number1 in my book. Later,Commanche.
