I was in the building at the SAR show in Phoenix. The story going around was the dealer bought a Tokarev from a dealer in another building. He brought it back and was putting a tie on it (probably around the trigger without checking that the chamber was empty, maybe after jacking the slide then removing the mag?) and it fired hitting him. Then former combat medics in the area immediately provided first aid and police were all over it and cordoned off the area. Unfortunate but show went on. It really is a great show and I've bought many Luger items there while attending the last several years. It is also a great show for machine guns and parts for older weapons.
