Vendor Warning - Tom's Guns
A heads up. About six weeks ago someone posted a possible source for MecGar mags - www.tomsguns.com I went to the site and they did indeed list Luger MecGar's at $20 apiece. I ordered two, sat back and waited. After a month and two emails w/no replies, I went to my credit card company to stop payment. It seems that "Tom" was a start-up that went belly-up. Fortunately, my card was never charged, so no damage done. This is the closest I've ever come to being burned on an internet purchase. While there wasn't much money involved, no one like to think they've been had. Reminder to you all - buy by credit card, use a secure connection and check on the vendor's rep.

Roger
Go for a Tripple K mag instead. They are far better than the mecgar mags. Regards HÃ?Â¥kan |

Re:New Production PO8 Mags
I concur with Hakan that the current production triple K mags work well and since Mec-Gar is no longer making them (at least no longer available in the USA) I do have a good stock of 3Ks. Blued tube with black plastic bottom @$20, Stainless with wood bottom @$30 and a few Danish made blued or phosphate with Aluminum unnumbered bottoms, new @$50. Also have new Mauser marked Parabellum mags with either black plastic or wood bottoms @$75 or used @$50. Tom
