Default New home page picture

Wow! What a great pistol and a great story about it. That is the essence of the whole Luger 'mystique'. What beautiful condition this Luger has been kept in. I have seen one of these pictured and it is really nice to see it in these different stages. I did see one similar to it with a Maxim silencer that had been cutaway to display the baffles inside but the shows organizers made him remove it from the Luger. As soon as he made a little sign to say that it was the 'silencer' that came with the pistol he was asked to put it away. We have some interesting laws and perceptions regarding sound suppression.

Hey, I sure like the picture JD took of this fabulous Luger, I was lucky enough to see this one during "The Gathering" at WOL last spring. I do love the picture and the angle of the photo! Stunning! Thanks to DOK and congrats to JD! Simply phenomenal! Thor
