Default Is the Liberator pistol a "Curio and Relic"?

Does anyone know if the BATF considers the single shot WWII .45 Liberator pistol to be a curio and relic?

Sincerely,

John

John,

FYI, according to BATF or whatever they are called now, ANY weapon is considered a curio or relic if is 50 years old or older. Just like us, only some of us fall more into the relic category.
