Thumbs up The New One is here and SWEEEEEEET!

All,

The new Navy arrived yesterday; I was too late getting home and too early departing this AM to do anything other than a quick, cursory once over. Initial impression is fabulous. Piece appears unfired inside and has just the slightest ding and high spot wear outside. And the furniture-WOW-prettiest figured and tightly checkered old DWM grips I have ever seen. Mo' later, hopefully, this weekend, if I don't have to work.

JS,

I am in the middle of getting two written proposals and one oral proposal out for three clients between now and September 3. If I have any breathing room at all, I will do the photo shoot and exam and post asap. This piece is as good as I have seen lately.

Ok, Tom A. :

What does the term "furniture" mean ?

My wife practices with Japanese samuri swords and furniture is everything but the blade...

What does furniture refer to in the Luger world ?

Thanks in advance for your help...

Pete

Pete, wood, the grips, everything but the steel. Your wife is a Samuri?? You must be a great husband, or you sleep very lightly! <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />
