There's humour, and then there's...
perversion that goes way beyond the bounds of decency! Posting a revolver! I mean... HOW COULD YOU? Is NOTHING sacred???

Re: There's humour, and then there's...
I tried to tell Ted that he should keep his little "secret" about the revolver, but he did not listen. Oh well, since Ted showed his revolver, I must confess that I like shooting rifles better than pistols?????????

Marvin, I cut my eye teeth on rifles, but
Unfortunately, I love to shoot iron sights (peep) and I just can't see well enough to do it anymore with the same results as I use to do with young eyes. Now I just go have fun with my handguns and try my best to get them close to the black.

Frank.....
Just to make you feel better - your eyes are not getting worse... I thought the same thing - but I'm convinced they are just printing smaller targets now-a-days... HTH...

Re: Marvin, I cut my eye teeth on rifles, but
Frank,
I was a sniper in the Army and I have always had a warm feeling for a firearm that can "reach out and touch you". My eyes are getting bad now too, but I shot 6" groups at 200 yards with the K98k iron sites. Not to bad, but I used to be GOOD. A scoped rifle and I can still call the round. marvin |

Yep, I know what you mean
I really don't like scopes much, although I always used them hunting. But for pure fun, just give me an M-1

Re: Any belt-fed weapon....
Dok,
Since you mentioned a belt-fed weapon. The MG-34 is being reproduced in semi-auto only and is belt fed. the price is approx. $3650 each. Man would I love to have this! Marvin |
