Post Moved, now here............

Left the state of Az, f/ the wide open spaces of Texas. I know Hugh lives here; anyone else?
Moving, also means I will have to give up on this years WOL(if happening?), so someone can take my place(really worth going!).
If you happen to be in SA,TX; look me up.

Capkid,
Welcome to God's Country (well--parts of it anyhow). If you can make it, the Reliance Center Gun Show (formerly Astrohall Gun Show) is this weekend in Houston. I plan on having a table there.

That is Jerry Burney that does the shuffling between the two states. I visit each one occasionaly since we have a daughter in Tempe AZ and a son in Boulder CO. We have lived in El Paso for about 25 years, but soon will be moving just across the border to Santa Teresa New Mexico (really still almost a part of El Paso).

OK Ron, If you are going to move to New Mexico you have to realize that there is no such thing as almost Texas anything in this state. That kind of talk could get you into trouble over here. I might have to confiscate a Luger or two from you for such a serious offence.

I believe it was Gov. Bent who had the quote "Poor New Mexico, so far from heaven, so close to Texas".

I know the bumper sticker issued with a state drivers liscense says Don't mess with Texas, I just can't help myself. It makes for a fun day.

By the way I am planning on going Las Cruces at the end of September if things work out. Hopefully I can spare some time and get together with you.

Regards,
Sid.

God Bless you and Sorry about that Ron... I was thinking about Jerry while answering you... guess I wasn't hitting on all cylinders yesterday morning... I am told that this degradation of performance is likely to rise as the years pass...

What a great future to look forward to

Have a great weekend and maybe one of these years we can touch base in Tempe when we are there.

Sounds great Sid, hope we can get together in September, and I probably will still be in Texas at that time.

John, a Tempe rendezvous sounds great too. I received a message from Murray Willis that he will be in Phoenix around 5-7 December for a gun show, so I am going to try to make it out there then.

P.S. I am sending this from my son's home in Boulder Colorado. I do manage to get around.

Ron, Sounds like good sense, leaving Baja Oklahoma for the Land of Enchantment. TH
