Project Starter Luger...
...here is an interesting Vickers luger that got some Siam stampings along the way. Nice project luger for the budding refinish artist...

It's actually not too bad and a good example of an honest Dutch luger.
Hope one of our members wins it, I would not over-restore this one as most Dutch lugers that managed to survive service looked like this one |

I totally agree. As you say, even sans grips it is in as good or better condition than a lot of Dutch Lugers. The Dutch guns saw extensive service under really tough conditions for a firearm and this one didn't come through too badly. The Siamese markings make it particularly interesting.
