Arrow White-out?

This may be a rookie question, but I was wondering what others use to white-in the markings on their pistols. I've known some to use "White-Out" or similar office products, while I notice Mr. Shattuck sells lacquer sticks (?!).
Any suggestions or recommendations?

The lacquer sticks is what many people use, but if you do a search on this forum for whiting in, and other search words, you'll find that some use chalk (a bit abrasive some say), white out, messy, lacquer sticks from brownells, and many other things.

If you can find white grease pencils in a stationary store like Staples... they will work too... and much cheaper.

I personally prefer the gold filling, I think it adds a touch of class. Nearly all stationary stores have them although there are several makers, three good ones are made by Pilot,Pen-Touch, and Sanford. They are like a very fine tip felt marker, or like a ball point pen depending upon the maker. Some remove with lighter fluid or solvent others you will have to use solvent or something like laquer thinner to get it off. Be sure to degrease the numbers and letters first.

Thanks guys. I think I'll poke around the stationary store a bit and see what I come up with. Cheers!
