Krieghoff/Mauser KU Quality

Planning to purchase my second luger, a mint 41 BYF 41 dater KU. Will the quality be as good as older Kriegoff's. [img]cool.gif[/img]

IMO The KU lugers were assembled from Mauser spare parts by KH to complete their second LW contract of 10K pistols. While not as pricy as a KH with all KH made parts, it is certainly scarce and just as good for shooting. Tom H.

You guys (especially you Tom) may be interested in this letter that was previously posted through the contribution of Mike Jones in the Military Lugers forum...

It apparently dispells the rumors about Krieghoff building Lugers with Mauser parts...
