Post Tikkakoski barrel

During WWII Tikkakoski armory here in Finland manufactured barrels for P08's. I don't know whether this was usual among countries which adopted P08 as service pistol in their ranks.

Here's a pic of my shooter with one installed. (Apologies for large pic size).


This may be old news to many but I thought I'd post this topic anyways.

Artsi, great picture! Would you know if these barrels were supplied to Germany for use on new Lrgers or were they strictly replacement parts? If supplied to Germany, which manufacturer got them? Thanks, Herb

Artsi--Thanks for posting the picture--one of my most valued guns is a DWM Finn Army Luger rebarreled by TIKKA---it was rebarreled in 9mm instead of the original 7.65
