All of the above is likely correct until you go to sell it. Then you have a LOT of explaining to do.
I LOVE the WW1 imperials but Mauser makes a better shooter. If I were looking for a collectable to shoot I would pursue a pretty all matching Mauser and take the necessary precautions to exchange certain numbered parts while shooting. OR buy a lesser grade Mauser, maybe small amount of mismatch to shoot. The Imperial guns I shoot, Navy & Artillery, carbine are all mismatched. And I HAVE broken numerous parts on them! Remember, any shooter you might be considering MUST shoot! Always get a guarantee that your shooter shoots.
