You have two items: a bullet loading board with some pillow ticking patched balls in it and a leather shot pouch for dispensing measured charges of lead shot. Both are designed for muzzle loading arms. Both contain lead so do not use them in California ��

Whoops, missed the third item. That is a measure for lead shot meant to be used with the shot bag. A very inaccurate design
