The Mauser Banner Luger linked below was sold at auction yesterday. On top of the 18% markup may be another 3% if a CC was used. That could total $3025.
In the same auction there were two DWM Lugers (1917 & 1918) that sold for $1400 and $1100 respectively and a nickel plated 1936 Mauser for $700 plus markup. I think the $2500 was a decent price - its the commission that likely surprises people later, it really adds up and some are 21-23% !
