Default Estate Luger 3/3

Such a shame one took a punch to ID this Luger. But it’s pretty cool. Would love to have additional insights about this one too please. Looks like a Mauser like the arty model.

Thanks
Joe

I see a 1938 Mauser (artillery was not mauser)

What you have to find out is if all parts match, i.e. have the last two of the serial number, see FAQ for what parts should be numbered

As Ed says, 1938 Luger with an S/42 toggle code which was assigned to Mauser.

It would be unkind of me to say what I think of anyone who takes a punch to a Luger like that.
