Default P08 Stag grips

I have a set of old Stag grips for a P08. They were taken off a 1917 Erfurt. Is there a market for Luger stag grips?

Default stag grips

Hi to all, yes! If they are real stag?... Franzite stag grips are virtually worthless as they have shrunk so much over time?... Real stag are neat, and I was privileged to have a pair on a .30 artillery when I was about 12.... Shot the crap out of that gun! Was laser accurate, and I had very few bad habits, made for a good combination for hitting what I shot at!....... best to all, til...lat'r...GT I'd be interested in them just for nostalgia?... BTW, pictures front and back would help determine value...

They appear to be real stag. They are approx. a 1/2 inch thick. I do not know how to post photos. The 1917 Erfurt they came off of was a matching gun that was polished and give a deep blue finish

RDS, I like them, can't find my grips for my 1911 - I have several sets for lugers - the market is odd on them, and makes a difference in how they look.

But, I would say they are valued at $125-$250 - depending on who and when you try to sell them.

If nice, I would buy a set for a 1911 for $150 if I saw them for sale.
Since I have two sets of luger grips in Stag, I'd have to think about it.

Most folks don't like them because they usually are too thick, I have larger hands, so I don't mind.

Jigged bone grips are sometime sold as 'stag'. Pictures are required.
