Luger Tool
Respectfully request all opinions for this loading tool before dismissing same as a reproduction, VOPO. The Waffenamt is partially indented and illegible. L - 50.95 mm x W - 24.5 mm x D - 2.50 mm.

I agree with George of course..I wonder why it would have what appears to be a stick wing eagle on it?

There was a dealer in Texas several years ago who was a retired Army NCO and living in Germany when the "Wall" came down. He acquired a large number of East German tools and used to advertise them in "Shotgun News". I contacted him on the phone to ask about a particular tool with a serial number. He responded that he would have to check. He called me back a day later to report that he did indeed have it. I bought it. It was an East German tool that he simply added the number to. I carry it with me to this day.
