Default 1900 AE US test luger

I saw on Gunbroker this US test luger for sale with no reserve. IMHO, price seems really low for auction starting. Do you think it is authentic? Gunbroker item #790301278

He's got some very desirable guns for sale, all starting low. But they certainly aren't going to end low.
As for that AE 1900, I can't see any problems. Were all the extractors strawed? Seems very honest.
