.30 mauser load with VV N310
Anyone have good and safe load for old C96 Mauser with VV N310 and 71gr .32acp(.312) bullet?
Or someone know what is safe starting point? Or is N310 too fast burning? |

In my humble opinion. Too fast burning. N340 is my choice. 5,5 to 6 gr should do the trick for your bullet.

Now i have N320 because mostly playing with .32 acp and .380/9mm short.
I have only load data for 7.62x25 Tokarev with 60gr speer hp @ start 4.4gr N320. And found HN load data for .30 Mauser with HN RNHS 86gr plated @4.4gr N320. I was thinking to start at 4gr N320 behind HN RNHS 71gr plated lead and work up until Bolo cycles? Idea is just make few loads for oldie to test and for fun. |
