Default Barrel installation question

Hello, I'm curious what the procedure is to correctly install a barrel that does not line up when torqued in.
Thanks
Rick

Rick, I don't recommend changing luger barrels unless you have a proper LUGER reciever wrench and a hydralic vice. Suggest that you contact GT on this forum. TH

If it does not turn in far enough, the shoulder flange of the barrel is reduced in length and the face of the barrel also if need be.
The headspace may require adjustment to allow a round to chamber.

If it turns to far, it is a bigger problem. It can be fixed with a shim.
If really far out, the only good solution is a different barrel.

But what lugerdoc said is correct- don't unless you are set up for it.
