I AM NEW AT BUYING LUGERS. MY DAD HAD TWO WHEN I WAS YOUNG. I BOUGHT ONE NOT LONG AGO. I SAW A WORD ON THE PART THAT GRABS YHE SHELL IF YOU RAISE IT UP. THEWORD WAS GELADEN. CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT THIS MEANS?

Geladen=Loaded Some American imported models even had LOADED on the extractor

Hi Ralph, could you let us all know what gun you have ? List out the major markings and possibly post a picture. Everyone here's always interested in a new addition to the forum.
