Beautiful collection Eric. I hope to have a selection of even 1/2 the quality of this someday!

Sky Zero,

I found one on this very forum. Checking the For Sale section regularly is always good advice. This would hold true for the other Luger forum as well. I've also seen several on Gun Broker. Don't just search P08 Luger; you'll get more results if you also run searches for "DWM Luger" and "Erfurt Luger." There's always Simpson Ltd. as well, http://www.simpsonltd.com/index.php. Gun shops and gun shows may be fruitful too, but I've found the above options to be more likely to have what you're looking for on a regular basis.

There are loads of lugers! Imperial items are harder to find and often more costly than the lugers! ie navy or artillery boards! Almost most are fakes!! 'Caveat Emptor" Eric http://www.simpsonltd.com/product_in...ducts_id=45630

I suppose I have trust issues with gunbroker and other online auction sights. I'm not as well versed on the little things that indicate if this part should be with this frame, etc. I got a little ripped off on my first 41 byf and I'm just more or less looking for one that hasn't been tampered with lol. I'll def try all those things tho. Everything on Simpson Ltd legit? Like will they say this is x and it really turns out to be y? Thanks guys!

Also, any link to any part of this forum with a detailed imperial breakdown, like what to look for and stay away from?

Eric,

I hardly consider myself a hero, but thank you for the kind words. I've been fortunate to know many people who truly deserve that honor.
