I believe Norm is correct. That was John Wayne's favorite movie.

I was in Ireland a few years back for out honeymoon I wanted to see the town
Where they filmed The Quiet man. I love the movie.

I will have to see if I can rent it. I am sure I have never seen that one...

You will be very glad that you did!!! An awesome old classic film with John Wayne at his finest. I have seen it many times, and still enjoy it.

Im 41 and I mustve seen it 3 times a year since I was 12. Never get tired of it.

I am a John Wayne fan. But... only saw "The quiet man" some four or three times, and it was a long time ago. If I ever find it on DVD I'll most likely buy it.

That said. I prefer to watch John Wayne with a single action at his hip and a lever action handy.
