Default Marking on mix-master shooter

No idea what the frame is from , but it has this marking:

Gr. Kdo. 1. 13.

Any ideas?

It was a group headquarters so it would be small.

Smaller than a Division. Perhaps the Reichswehr equivalent to the Imperial Bezirkskommando which was a military district headquarters.
