Sure looks like the black painted repro. Suspiciously missing are pics which would show the markings. Something around 100 years old that looks that pristine and shiny? Makes my spidey sense tingle!

It might be Doug, but even though the "location" is listed as Colorado, I think a seller who lives in CO could get around that by keeping his merchandise in another state where sales are allowed and only administering the auction from his home state. Kind of a gray area IMHO. Shipping would have to take place from the storage location, and not CO to stay legal... also IMHO.
