Leo, welcome to the forum. To tell you when they made eagle 63's I would have to look it up and I can look later.
However, it's a military, the number one (no plus sign) or first mag.

This is the artillery it comes off of, 1917 DWM all matching numbers including the grips.Can't figure out the badge on the grips . Looks reblued.
