American made holster
I have an American made, no flap holster made for a Mauser C96, that fits perfectly. Was/is there one made for the Luger 08?

There were many made by many companies and individuals. Look back through this topic and you will find many pictures of commercial American made luger holsters. Bill

Thanks Bill, I have looked at the photos in the holsters section, but am looking for a brand name and number if someone might have that information.

There are lots of American made holsters. There are the unconventional Audley and the Ideal shoulder stock/holster. Then there were holsters made for and distributed by A.F. Stoeger, Abercrombe & Fitch, Von Lengerke & Detmold, and Pacific Arms sporting goods retailers. H. H. Heiser of Colorado made several numbered open and closed styles such as 116, 117, 119, 217, 219, 422, 435, 536, 721 and others. Holsters, numbered and un-numbered, were also made by Colorado Saddlery of Denver, George Lawrence Co., Samuel D Myres of El Paso (my favorite), El Paso Saddlery, Fred Ronstadt and I am sure many others.
