Mike,
Your 1920 Commercial Luger is between 96% to 98%. Most dealers would advertise this as 98% (I know a few that would call it 99%, but they tend to push the descriptions). - Geo

Hi,
You will need a better photo of the bore, before you advertise the pistol for sale, as this one appears to show dark grooves and pitted lands. You might want to run a few bore solvent soaked patches through the bore and try a different light angle, as this photo, as it is, might just queer your deal. If the bore is in the condition described above, my price for the pistol would be in the $800 to $900 range. Sieger Last edited by Sieger; 03-05-2014 at 12:10 PM. |

For what I can judge it looks a very nice gun indeed, to me it does not seem reblued.
Too bad it's a "commercial", if also the inside of the barrel is in pristine condition I guess it has a good value.

The little frost in the barrel would not bother me a bit. All ammo back in the day were slightly corrosive. (mercury in primers) Looks to me you have a really nice alphabet commercial luger. $1000 is my guess. John
