Marney, I was just wondering if you replaced the locking block in your broom after you broke it. If so does that make you an unethical partswitcher?

Again this web site never ceases to amaze me. I am convinced that Luger owners are a higher evolved species.

Thank you both, Kyrie and Unspellable. I think that I will continue to just shoot my handloads. I am using 6gr Unique with an 85gr Sierra round nose. That puts the powder charge almost in the middle of the min/max range that came with the die set. I guess as long as it cycles that I do not need to try for a hot load in a 70 year old gun. It does have a new bolt stop, recoil spring, and firing pin spring. As soon as I get enough courage to take it apart farther, I will change the hammer spring also.
