Need help identifying 1939 Luger
Recently picked up a Luger that has 1939 stamped on it, but I don't know who manufactured it or what model / year it is. Any help would be appreciated. See attached pics. Let me know if you need more info / pictures.

Hi, your Luger was made by Mauser in Oberndorf, Germany in 1939. "42" is a government military concealment code for the Mauser factory.
The E/655 stamp identifies the government inspector that passed this Luger at Oberndorf after inspection and test firing. the number "52" should be stamped inside the trigger plate.
