Renumbered parts gun. Frame serial number bogus. Description is pure babble, ignore it. Is the gun 9mm? Providing it works, $800 is still a little pricy for this shooter Luger...except, that the commercial holster is actually kind of nice, and worth $200-$300 by itself. If nothing else you could get most of your money back by parting out the gun and ending up with a nice holster.

Thank Dwight, I thought the s/n looked funny. Though it would make a nice shooter and the holster was a plus. Bothersome that the frame s/n may not be legit. Seems it might be illegal to register. Just might give it a pass,

Dwight is absolutely correct. Some serial numbers besides the frame (Takedown lever and rear toggle) have been pantograph engraved and not stamped to make this pistol all matching. I would not personally invest in this specimen... especially at this price point.
Just my $0.02

Yes. Be careful. Defacing or altering or possessing a firearm that has a changed or modified serial number is a federal crime. Registration is the least of your worries. John |

Guess someone liked it enough to shell out $1,322 for it.
I'll keep looking. |
