Default Finnish M23 with holster (unit marking question)

Hi Gents!

I thought I'd share some pics of a Finnish M23 Luger (serial # 82XX m) I just picked up. It's has mismatched part numbers and is import marked. The barrel has no markings (besides the import mark), but I believe it is original to the upper as the index mark of the barrel and upper line up.

One question I have is the meaning of the unit marking on the backstrap. It reads: "KKE/E.2" Can you shed some light on its meaning?

The Luger also came with a Finnish made holster, an unmarked combo tool, an original (unmarked) magazine, and a repro mag.
