Default P08 Year of Manufacture?

This is my first 9mm Luger and I'm trying to find out what year it was made. I've searched the net, came up with some info, but nothing regarding the year of manufacture. I was hoping someone could help. I tried to attach photos, but was unable to do so. Info is as follows:

S/N on the frame is 6212 with a lower case cursive "r". All the following parts have the last two digits of the s/n: firing pin, extractor, sear bar, breech block, front toggle link has DWM and last two digits of s/n, rear toggle link, locking bolt (s/n is external), side plate has no external or internal s/n, trigger, safety bar, safety lever, except hold-open latch s/n is 69, grips have no s/n. Pistol is marked Gesichert and, also, Geladen and pistol has a witness mark on barrel. It seems to have all the external markings of a military pistol except manufacture date. It has no proof or unit marks.
