J&G in Prescott had a truckload of P-6s for sale at a bargain price a couple of years ago and it was worth the drive from Phoenix to be able to hand pick one out. As stated by others in this string, P-6s are super accurate, reliable and much easier for these arthritic old hands to hold on to versus the their double stack brothers.

You can still find them, just got to hunt around. The prices have gone up like everything else. I remember when you could get one with 2 factory mags a police trade in holster and mag pouch with original box very resonable by SIG pricing. Last year AIM brought in some non-P'6 Swiss used 225's that had the heel release instead of the side button. They were priced great at the time.

As stated above, the prices have about doubled from a year or so ago. They are still a fairly good buy compared to the price of a nice Sig 225. I see one now and then, but with this current "panic", I wouldn't even try looking for one at a reasonable price.....at least in my part of the Country.
