New magazine
I needed a break from painting my house this afternoon so took a drive up to the gun store for a chat and some window shopping, as soon as I was through the door the store owner told me she had something I might want to look at, and brought out a box of pistols taken in from the estate of a deceased guy.
One mint boxed ppk, one US military 1911 and a Luger in the nicest condition I ever saw, 1916 DWM I would say 90 % blue and near as damit 100% straw no buffing or vague stampings a real stunner. also matching wooden base mag in top condition too, My s/42 looks scrappy compared to it, however Im only licenced for one 9mm so it cant come home with me the 1911 on the other hand is another story Anyhow, to the point. I found this mag in the lot and picked it up for 300 kroner about 15 bucks I think, its in pristine condition, only s/42 and eagle over 63 stampings. and the spring is twice as strong as the one I have been using (I see the point of the loading tool now) My question is as its not not marked with a serial number is it extra mag not supplied with a new pistol? |

It would have been supplied by an armorer to a Soldier who had lost a magazine that was originally numbered to his pistol.
