Odd swiss luger holster
Hello,
I bought a swiss 06 luger some months ago. It came with a very odd holster. I took a closer look today and found a very strange AK-logo stamped onto the carrying strap. I never knew that AK did holsters for swiss lugers. May I ask for your opinions please ? regards Otto |

Interesting Albrecht Kind marked shoulder strap and commerical thin barrelled luger holster. It would be interesting to know when they changed their logo to the "AKAH" marking. TH

Otto,
it is a German commercial between made 1900 and about 1910 and not a Swiss. I have had one with the AK mark on the closing strap. Nice find. Regards Klaus |

Not a swiss but made for the swiss market. First type Akah holster for the commercial Post War DWM Lugers and Mauser Lugers M06/34.
Mostly bought by Police Units. This Holster is to see in the Akah cataloque from 1926-27. I have the later Type with attached magazine pouch. Both are hard to find. |
