Default Problem with mgazine restoration

So here is my problem, I sent 2 magazines to who I belived to be a reputable service provider on the forum over a year ago along with payment for restoration. Now I can't get him to return my messages or even return my magazines. I've never though this is the correct forum for trashing a buissnesman, however I'm getting very frustrated. Also I'm worryed if I do mention his name I'll never see my mags again. What would you do?

If it's Eugene Golubtsov, he is well known for taking his time...

Anyone else is known for prompt service...

I don't know anyone who does magazine restoration other than GT out of Phoenix..I KNOW it doesn't take GT a year to fix mags. His service is generally less than a couple of weeks except on very complicated wood restorations. Besides he doesn't require any money up front..
I just got a gorgeous mag back from him yesterday...So I guess you will have to tell us who this fellow is. We know who it isn't.

I would have no qualms telling who it is. Might save some other collector from your fate. It doesn't look like you have much to lose...
