No good deed goes unanswered :)
I volunteered to help a forum member on his luger, to me it was a simple fix, but I had the extra parts to try it out.
He unexpectedly felt that I deserved a Christmas present. I am very excited and pleased. This is a luger (or other similar gun) gun rack, it has room on the front for me to put a label or "Lugers Bought" or the like on the front (opinions?) I asked for a rod through the triggers guards, this prevents anyone from just grabbing a luger from my table (if I decide to take it there). As you can see, I put some of my most treasured lugers, a Test Luger, a very nice 1906 AE, 1925 sn 12 Simson, sn 701 Simson, S toggle 47a (in Weimar Lugers and Police Lugers) and finally a restored 1936 S/42 police (less than 200 procured). Steve is making me one that will hold 3 P38's and 3 1911 (or ones like it) Ed

I gave Steve general directions and then he used his initiative. Excellent work isn't it

Outstanding! Love the rod through the trigger guard.
You were asking an opinion on what to put on the front: What about two symbols, one being the Nazi eagle and the Imperial eagle side-by-side or something similar. That way you can show both era's. Would this set up not hold P.38's? Just curious as this could really be a nice set for collectors to buy. |

If its going to go on your Gun Show table, a nice "Back Off!" sign would look good in front!

I would hope that the man would offer them for sale. How much? I'll take one.
